Ah, you found me and I am just the forever friend you
have been looking for! My name is Louie and I am a nine
year-old, neutered, male Lhaso Apso. Did you know that
from DNA they can tell that my breed is one of the 14
most ancient? My Honorable Ancestors were interior guard
dogs in monasteries in Tibet. We are very alert and have
keen hearing and we are generally a little suspicious of
strangers but very loyal to our human companions. My
beeeautiful coat comes from the fact that it is so darn
cold in Tibet! Anyway, enough history lesson and more
about me! I am not good about sharing my food so I might
be best as an only dog. I do love to take walks and am
good on a leash plus I am housebroken and know how to
use a doggie door. Talk about low maintenance! I do love
my treats and if you cannot find me I am probably
sunning myself where ever I can or lying on my blanket
and taking a snooze. I am calm and gentle and waiting to
find the sunniest spot in your home and a place in your
